Doing some housecleaning here (straightening out all the various permissions I've handed out to apps over the years) and thinking I might have accidentally removed my AW as a data source under Workouts. There is no Apple Watch item showing there. I presume there should be? If so, how to get it back?

Do you have an app on iphone & watch for workouts such as Strong or Workaholics that you may have affected permissions?

iOS Background App Refresh
- is this disabled for ALL apps or your workout apps?
- Apple Health is this ON for your workout apps?
