Sim card for Jailbroken Iphone?

Hey guys, As you can see I am a new member. I thought this forum would help me with my question the most from the rest of them. Okay. So, Recently my iphone 4s was stolen from me and now im back to my old blackberry torch. My friend said that he was willing to sell me his iphone 4 or 4s but its jailbroken. Im willing to do so, but since i need to go back to ATT to get a new sim card. Im afraid that when i put the sim card into the jailbroken phone that it will not work. Am i wrong for thinking this? Please help.

any sim will work just fine.

if you dont want it jailbroken..just restore it.

Awesome, The kid is selling it for 175. Its only a 4. Im obviously going to bid it down but how much should i pay for it?
