They will probably handle the people in lines quickly and efficiently, the question is how many people will show up versus how many phones they have at each store.

If I were you I would get there early. The only reason I got an iPhone 4 at launch is that I came back the next morning and they had a couple left (they had been reserved for pickup the day before but nobody picked them up).
