I am confident in my belief that the Mac Studio does not have ECC RAM.

All of the various teardowns of the M1 Pro and M1 Max have shown that both SoCs use non-ECC LPDDR5 SDRAM and since an M1 Ultra is just two M1 Max, they would have the same non-ECC RAM, as well.

I am not sure the type of memory the M family of SoCs uses is even offered in ECC, which means that the Apple Silicon Mac Pro either might not have ECC RAM or that it will offer off-package DIMM RAM that could be ECC combined with the on-package non-ECC RAM.

It doesn't report its using ECC, but LPDDR5 does support Link ECC (error correction on the memory channel), so it's a little but ECC if the Studio does that too.
