i use them both maybe a few times a day, i used siri often when i first got my 4s but it is not needed as much, but i still love her 

on a side note, dictation has a bug where it does not display anything after you tap done.... but your do it again and it works :) very minimal imo

I certainly use dictation far more frequently than Siri, but I do you Siri so I selected both.

Stopped using Siri, it was fun to show friends for a while. But it became too aggravating when it screws up, which is often. Having to ask for thing multiple times, correcting, its quicker to just do it manually. There's a co-owner of apple who feels the same.

I only use Siri to set and turn off my alarms. Haven't found other uses in everyday life.

I use Siri everyday for setting timers, calendar events, alarms and reminders. Don't really find it useful for anything else though.

I use dictation for e-mails and notes.
