Doesn't look like there is a Sirius client in the App Store at the moment (I don't see why there won't be one in the future), but as you know, there is a uSirius client which runs on 1.x.x jailbroken phones, created by Jason Millard. I'm not sure if he's planning on releasing his XM & Sirius clients to the App Store, or working on porting over those apps to 2.0 for release via Installer, when a public 2.0 jailbreaking method is available.
