er, I did just that, locked the doors closed when a "couple" was outside our business fighting , the female was clearly on some drugs and was hitting the guy she was with.

And how is the fact that this guy was a registered sex offender relevant to this particular incident other than to poison the jury pool of public opinion on the matter?

Novel. The blunt object can also serve as the means of getaway.

    I concur.

However I must say that each and every opportunity that arises, does trigger the always present desire in every liberal to create more laws. Collect more taxes, and feast on the excesses of elected life.

It's great to be Mr. Influential with a phone and pen.

Lucky outcome, that skater could just have easily been injured or killed by his skateboard.

Many more people are killed by accidents with their own skateboards than manage to use them successfully for self defense.

true here in Oregon skateboarding is considered hazardous activity so skate parks don't have to have insurance now. we have a nike skate park in the top of the building I have my shop a girl broke her arm and no one found her for hours.

how can something that was not tried "work"? laws didn't stop the pedo from going bonkers, laws did not stop you from taking pot across state lines.

locks are a deterrent they work by keeping someone out. thats what you did. prove the lock did not keep them out.

you want me to prove a negative, the lock was never tried so there is no way to prove it would have worked
