The only thing I can think of is putting something in the "comment" section of the info for all the songs you want, and then selecting the "comment contains" option in the smart playlist.

.....does that make sense? Sorry if it's confusing.

The way I do it is by marking all of my complete albums with a 'Grouping' title of Full-Album. I then make my smart playlists based on that Grouping, the single songs consist of songs without the Full-Album end up in a playlist.

In short, there's no easy answer.
