Snow Leopard to be released in March 09 instead of January?

    The QuickTime 7.6 About screen in Snow Leopard build 10A96 says that it will expire 11 March 2009, a Wednesday. Maybe Apple doesn't want to release it on the 13th, a Friday (get it? Friday the 13th? :eek:). If so, this wouldn't be the first time Apple holds back a product release. ;)

    Yeah, if Apple and Steve can be trusted, it'll actually be June or July.

    Steve said "about a year" so I would expect to see a big song and dance at next year's WWDC before a launch very shortly afterwards.

    i have long ago learned to never trust when a company says it will launch stuff

    Developer build expirations aren't guidance as to the FRC or GA dates, just that build.
