    No faults.
    No replacements.
    Definitely worth it.
Came from an iPhone 4S...a 4 before that...a 3GS before that.

I never wanted to let that pokemon evolve.

    What were we talking about?

Oh yeah, no faults, it's great.

    This thread is redundant.

    So far everything is perfect.
    No replacements.
It's much quicker than my iPhone 4. The camera is better both front and rear, I love Siri, LTE, and the bigger screen.

Got a black 64GB on release day.

The sleep button has a slight wiggle, but the click is firm and I'm not worried about it. Otherwise, no issues, scratches, flaws, anything. I don't have it in a case, but it gets its own pocket, and I've never seriously dropped a phone.

I did replace it once, on release day, due to two dead pixels. No hassle, just lots of over the top sympathy from the employees.

Absolutely worth it. I upgraded from a 32GB iP4 that was constantly full, so double the space is fantastic. Plus the screen is just stunning. It isn't quite as dramatic as the move from the 3G to the 4, but as a photographer the improved colors are really noticeable and appreciated.

    No faults
No flaws (Although in the process of testing battery life)
Came from a 4S - definitely worth the upgrade!

Serious wifi issues, and push email still broken. Assumption is these are issues that will be fixed in software. Ran ios6 on the 4s for months without these problems so it's specific to the software's interaction with the new hardware. Otherwise speed and form factor improvements are great.

No issues with the phone itself (Maps keeps giving me Brooklyn addresses, but that's another story).

I haven't technically "replaced" it. I got a pre-order but then was able to snag a no-commitment device on Saturday (before Apple started the reservation system) so I jumped at that chance. Both phones were flawless, by the way. No scratches or scuffs here.

It was definitely worth it from my 4S. LTE alone is worth it, but then add the screen, thinner size, and snappier performance and this is one really nice phone.

Love it. SoOoOo fast! Fantastic phone and still excited to have it.

*Only* minor complaint is I wish it had a bigger battery but overall I'm thrilled.

Looks wise there are no flaws on my White 16GB. However, when I went to bed last night, I had an alarm set for 6:45am and "Do Not Disturb" on. Anyway, when I woke up this morning, I realized my alarm didn't go off and looked at my phone... Only to see the time said 2:30pm on September 7th.... Restarted it and it went back to normal. Only "flaw" so far.
