The silver is beautiful in person. I was so disappointed in the PB, I returned my 12 Pro. I realized I don't care for dark phones and the PB was much darker in person then I expected.

what’s does color have to do with masculinity? This is such a tired trope.
I am definitely going silver! I have the 12 pro in gold in order, but the pot max I want in silver. The iPhone definitely has to have some color. I think a dark or black iPhone is depressing, not much you can do to brighten it up other than using a case. I do use cases, it’s a must. There are many who choose not to though, but that’s a big investment not to have it covered and protected. I guess some just want to show it off. With the graphite or blue, you really can’t see the Lidar sensor, so it looks like the 11 pro. Anyway, I’m going for silver because it’s shiny and classic Apple white.
The Apple employee and I agreed that silver was the worst of the bunch. It was also the only one that had micro scratches all over it. Every single one on display. The graphite had a midnight green look to it from different angles, the back and sides were off putting together. The only two colors in the game this year are pac blue and gold. Feel sorry for ya if you choose the other two
Really? If Apple made a pink iPhone I’d get one because I like pink. My wife has the PB but if your not in a well lit area it almost looks black. It’s too dark for me. I’m a silver or gold guy. If I can’t get a pink iPhone, then I get a pink case! The color doesn’t change my gender or masculinity, it’s a color. They say black is for guys, right? Then women should not have black. It doesn’t matter, get what you like. It’s just a color.
So bizarre. The Apple employee I met with loved the silver as much as I did.
Silver all the way. This will be my first silver iPhone since I’ve always went with either black or space grey. This will also be the first time since the the iPhone 5s that I’m going without a case. I’m so looking forward to having the squared edges again.

literally just got home from the outdoor mall, silver catches a LOT of eyes..it was almost annoying..
One gold for the wife and one Pacific Blue for me.
Thank you for making sure those 2 colors will be available for someone else to order since you clearly won’t be ordering a phone in either silver or graphite.
Don’t really believe colors have genders. That being said, if any color were to have one, Blue would be the quintessential male color.

Me too! For every reason you mention as well as I love the sharp, clean look of silver. The darker muted colors are drab and boring to me. The clean Silver/White and shiny silver is an ALL GO FOR ME!
Lol man everyone has got so much more sensitive in this Covid 2020 year. Blue would be iPhone 12, PB would be closer to dark turquoise. Not very men wear turquoise boxers or drive a turquoise car. Not that there would be a problem with that. All kidding aside, everyone of any gender can like any color.
