Lets get them all out there before availability..

Pink screen, heat issues, light bleed..

What will the record be for the number of returns for one user this time??

You'll probably hear numerous home button issues.

Its a little arrogant to say that all those "issues" were made up isn't it? A whole lot of those were legitimate complaints, such as the yellow tint issue:

Antenna-gate! did your iPhone not loose signal when you crossed the line? Plus Apple paid out to settle claims!

There is always a problem with every product, its inevitable, errors and defects will occur.

What legitimate defect will it have? Probably something like a yellow/blue tint to certain batches, it seems to be the most common one.

That's my worry with the black iPhone. We should know within the next couple weeks if it scratches easily.

    Yellow-gate -- which is a calibration issue

Basically I'd expect all the OCD boys make threads about it in the upcoming weeks.

Yellow tint wasn't an issue if you waited a week. I noticed it on mine, saw a bazillion people say it almost always goes away fairly soon. It went away within a week.

I think the antenna issue was real, but it was hard to tell at times with my crappy AT&T signal at home. The bars on the phone did go down when I gave it the death grip, but I can never say I had a call drop.

It'll be the inevitable moans you get with a new Apple product launch:
    • Screen tint different from previous models (more blue or more yellow)
    • Too hot
    • Battery life not as good as claimed
But this time round I imagine the aluminium back will get criticised for being too easy to scratch or something.

Its almost definite that the black anodised aluminium will scratch. Has anyone seen a well worn black alumiuim ipod classic?

    Antenna-gate was real.

My iPhone 4 still loses all signal if I hold it the wrong way without the case on. How is that imagined?

And if I'm paying 599 frackin pounds for this thing, it sure as hell better work! Stakes Is High.

Proximity Sensor issue is real too. I bought mine 4 weeks after launch. My home button also had an issue that many others were noticing as well. Got a new iPhone but the sensor issue remained. I have to use a jailbreak tweak called CallLock that auto locks the screen during the call. Even with it sometimes my face pushes buttons.

Two Week Return Policy + 1 Year Warranty ( 2 w/ Apple Care Plus). But people will still post their complaints anyways because people use the internet to complain more than they use it for pr0n.

None the less, I expect the occasional glitch post production. But, I'm really looking forward to the OCD posts from people who have their devices replaced 5+ times in the first 30 days. XD

Of course it was! They even made a point to stress that the iPhone 4S fixed it.

Still not feeling the width, I thought making it slightly wider (80 pixels to 720p) would be better.

    I'm down for "Why-Isnt-My-iPhone-Wider-Gate" issue.

    (2 weeks later)

"I love the way Apple preserved the width on the iPhone 5, really shows their pristine attention to detail. It's simply magical"
