iPod touch So with Jailbreak... you can't update your iPod firmware, right?

No one knows for sure, but in all likeliness, no - you wont be able to update your firmware until a hack emerges for that new version.
But IF apple decided to load up the next update with goodies and you want to get it, you can just restore your ipod.
So you CAN update your firmware, you'll just probably have to choose between having the 3rd party apps, and whatever apple offers.
