SoCal Apple Stores out of stock on 27" iMacs

So I was getting curious and after checking the in-stock availability on the 27" iMacs, I found out the most southern California Apple stores won't be getting stock until Sept. 7 or Sept. 10

I work a block from the flagship store in NYC. They've got full stock of the current models available for pick-up, and all four models show as "In Stock" on the website.

the flagship NYC store is the most profitable apple store in the world. I assume they will be the very last to go out of stock...when they do, apple will ship frmo other stores to fill up this shop.
