Software for windows preview in dock (Hyperdock replacement)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a Hyperdock replacement that works under Mojave and Catalina. Hyperdock does not work for me (even with tips from Google and Reddit) and Activedock is pretty buggy and laggy.

Really? Mine works fine in 10.14.6. The only thing that doesnt work is the itunes playback control from the hyper dock UI. You do need to give it proper permissions though

Can you explain the permissions topic a little more? for me it is a hit or miss whether windows are shown
