I have a 1st gen ipod 32gb touch using 2.2.1 software. I am trying to update to version 3 but get an error message when the touch is being backed up. It says: Itunes could not back up the touch because the session failed. Please disconnect and reconnect and try again. I tried this several times but still get the same message. I have itunes 9 64bit, win 7. How can I fix this?
