I bought the 42" mm Apple Watch with Milanese Loop and then also bought the blue sports band. Of course the blue sports band didn't arrive for another few weeks. After working out and wearing the Milanese loop I thought it was really comfortable to wear in normal conditions, but of course not practical for working out plus the constant slipping and loosening while lifting or even running. That is why I also purchased the sports band. After I finally received my sports band I realized it is a pretty comfortable band on its own and it was a hassle of having to constantly switch out the Milanese loop band for the sports band when I go to the gym which I do at least 5 times a week. Plus I like to run with the watch.

I found myself not wearing the Milanese loop band for over a week. So I finally gave in and sold it to someone for the discount price of $125. I know I could have probably gotten more.

So while the band was comfortable, beautifully crafted, and a nice band to wear out casually l decided it wasn't for me.

So are you still going to wear your blue sport band to formal events where you have to dress up?

That's the big reason I got mine. I ordered the white sport band and am still waiting for it. My Milanese is working great in the meantime though, and no issue in wearing it all day.

I'll probably switch it out every so often just depending on my mood (I have half a dozen different watches I wore before for different occasions).

Definitely not going to replace my Milanese with the Sport permanently though.

I am wearing an Apple Watch Sport now, but waiting to get my SS one since I can dress up with it easily.

Does anyone know if changing the band every day is going to make the connector lose? I think if I remember Apple says it should not be the case right? I work out every day so I want to wear the sport band at the gym, but switch back to Milanese Loop afterwards every day.
