Solution for bending: coat it in gold

    At the risk of killing the humour in this thread, coating the iPhone with 24 carat gold won't prevent it from bending ... because pure gold is one of the softest and most malleable metals around.

    That's what I thought at first. But then I figured this is a "solution" because they'll just replace your phone - no questions asked. XD

    coating it in gold will do nothing against the bending issue. You would have to get a replacement outer shell.

    That's right, because the Anunnaki really want all their gold! I mean..they DID create humans to mine the stuff for them in the first place. :D

    True.
    But it is less malleable than what I protect my iphone from bending - a thin layer of bacon.

    How is this a solution to bending? Perhaps, by making the phone a lot more expensive, people will be more careful with it?

    Bend your phone, trade it in for a new one. Problem solved.
