Hello out there.
I found this "bug" when i tired to use the "remote" application from apple with my new iphone:

Sometimes the next / previous buttons in iTunes don't work! If i go to control -> next the playback stops or iTunes skips to the next playlist. I can verify the problem when I
a) use the menu (control -> next)
b) use the media buttons (press the next key)
c) use the "remote" application for iTunes

This error only occures on special playlists, generated by search or by the remote application.
If I use a regular playlist, the next / prev buttons work.
On the remote app, itunes does not even play the next title after selecting tracks from an artist.

The strange thing is:
It does work with my MacBook Pro! The error only occures on my mac mini.
On both computers, os x 10.5.4 is installed and both are updated to iTunes 8.

Can please someone help me?

EDIT: Solved ...
This seems to be the default behavior of iTunes if you have not selected all tracks. I just imagined that only 5 tracks were selected (checked) on the whole library. This should be it. Now it works.
