I have the McDonald’s app installed on my phone and I use it maybe once a week at most, usually once every few weeks. But despite this it is always - always - appearing in my Siri suggested apps. And I mean that literally - I can’t remember a time where I haven‘t noticed it listed as a suggestion. There are a number of other apps I use on my phone far more frequently which could and should appear in its place 99% of the time - the Twitter app, for example, I open several times a day every day but in the screenshot I’ve attached my phone seems to think I’m more likely to want a Big Mac.

If these apps are to be suggested based on their use, my location and the time of day, how is it doing this? Is it paranoid or cynical of me to suspect this is some type of advertising strategy?

I have background app refresh disabled for it, any other suggestions for preventing this?
