I'm almost on my last nerve with this phone. Data usage problems, wifi problems. Now when I'm watching videos on Facebook all of a sudden the sound go off or it will lower greatly. So frustrating. Will Apple fix this or give me another phone? Or is it a Facebook issue. Thanks.

Does it have problems with other apps. That would be an indication if there is a problem with the app or your phone.
No one can really troubleshoot as well as Apple. Maybe we should visit a store and ask.
