Spoken Content Doesn't Work after iOS 15 Update

Never had an issue with using Spoken Content with iBooks. But after the iOS 15 update, it reads a page, flips to the next page, but doesn't read it. What is interesting is that everything works if the screen is on, but if I turn it off, it only reads one page. Maybe this is somehow related to another issue I have described in a separate thread, which is the screen doesn't auto lock after iOS 15 update.

Anyone ideas?

It still doesn't work. In 15.1 it says they fixed the screen off audio bug, but it's still there. When the screen is off, it only reads one page, flips to another page but doesn't read it.
