is it possible or what?
No. It's locked to Sprint and cannot be unlocked to domestic US gsm use.
wow, thats stupid
wait, theres unlocks out there for international GSM use
but how come it can be used GSM outside the USA but no in the USA? that makes 0 sense
Makes no sense but that's how sprint set it up.
Once it's unlocked it can be used with gsm carriers outside the US only.
Find an at&t iphone 5 and unlock it and you will be able to use it on tmobile, and you probably won't get any 3g service.
I believe the Verizon iPhone 5 can be used on t-mobile since Verizon isn't allowed to lock the phone per FCC block c rules.
This is true.
Only the Sprint iPhone 5 can in no way be used on T-Mobile.
