Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A406 Safari/7534.48.3)

You can redownload the Telenav iPhone app. It's free.

The OP asked about a Sprint app from TeleNav that they provide on their other phones...note they mentioned if they get an iPhone.

The ones mentioned aren't optional, they come installed on other Sprint phones.

It's very refreshing. I hated having to root to get rid of it with my Evo.
