I accessed my ipods file from WinSCP, and i have modified them. how do i submit my modifications?

OK you turkey :p . Forget ssh, it isnt for you.
Restore your ipod, and upgrade the firmware LEGALLY through itunes to 2.2 er whatever it is. Then just quick pwn it. If you cant ssh your ipod touch by figuring out what to do, then you are probably going to mess something up. SSH is mainly for advanced users. I remember when I sshed my ipod, pain in the butt, now looking back comparing to what I have now (quick pwn) MV Tube (my favorite app ever besides Summer Board), the ease to switch themes ect its just stupid not to do it.

Thats not the problem. I have my iPod touch 1G 2.2.1 firmware jailbroken with QuickPwn already, i have Winterboard and MxTube installed already, everything you already said. It's the hacking of programs, i need to do, not the customization of the ipod itself.




Also, i figured out my problem. When i change a file, the "Owner" Column automatically changes from "mobile" to "root". how do i fix that? Any ideas?

be a bit more specific.
If you want to really do "hacking" and go in and change stuff around you are SOL, gotta figure it out yourself.:cool:
 
this is the only question ill ask. if you know tell me. after i find out you can tell a mod to delete my account, i dont care.
 
Wait, i want to change my question. Why cant i execute the binary file and how do i fix it?
 
Start with learning some basic UNIX. Nobody is going to help you with illegal activities nor are they going to help you by the way you are posting. :rolleyes:
 
tons of people have no problem helping with low-scale illegal activites, and whats wrong with how i post?
