ST2410 Trouble

I have a Dell monitor, a ST2410, and I am trying to connect it to my early 2010 MBP. It will connect fine through HDMI but then the display on the Dell won't stay on. It cuts out and stays out for the most part. This is a new problem. It happened all of a sudden. Had been working fine for about a year

What inputs do you have on the back of the display, other than HDMI?
