If I click “Add Another Window”, my M1 12.9 iPad Pro crashes every single time. Why is that?

Wait. Stage Manager doesn't crash when you click “Add Another Window” in Stage Manager? This crashes my iPad 100% of the time.

I completely wiped my M1 12.9 iPad Pro and reinstalled iPadOS and now it works for some strange reason.

Guess the installer of iPadOS 16 is buggy itself as it can install a Stage Manager that can crash 100% of the time.
