I'm guessing this is a bug, but looks like the stock iPhone 14 Pro wallpapers all blur on Home Screen even though the blur settings is off by default.

If you try adding a new Wallpaper with one of the "Collections", you can get it to show the wallpaper without blur, but as soon as you lock the phone the blur setting applies regardless. Anyone else seeing this bug?

Related to this, I find the entire Lock Screen/Wallpaper customization process to be very clunky and confusing. Hope they improve this throughout the year because it isn't very intuitive.

For me it’s the other way: I have collection wallpaper with blur settings for Home Screen.
I have several locked screens wallpapers for each focus mode. When the focus mode stops, the collection wallpaper of the “non focus status” appears without the blur settings.

Latest iOS 16.1 Beta has changed the behaviour when setting Collections wallpapers. No longer possible to turn the blur on or off. Maybe they’ve decided it’s a feature, not a bug 😬

I was hoping they'd fix it with 16.1. Removing it entirely isn't a fix. I can confirm that it isn't fixed with 16.0.3.
