Who else is having the same experience?
What's clunky about it? It's been running beautifully on my air 2 and 6s plus throughout the betas and now the final. Reset all settings?
Alright I see a trend here. You're no help with your Snarky remarks.

Touch ID is slower
Swipes and Taps are not as responsive
Keyboard not as responsive
Apps are working fine just but kinda drags a bit.
Connectivity is working just fine

Yes I am having the same problem. The keyboard misses letters, scrolling stops even though I am still in contact with the screen. Something is wrong.
People with your issues are so annoying.
haha. you're on this "rumors" website and you asked and i replied. btw steve jobs is the name of my neighbour and does have this problem. if you have a genuine problem (which i doubt), you should be contacting apple support.
My Air 2 seems quite the opposite. Very responsive and fluid.
I actually found my iPad mini Gen 2 to be MORE responsive. There's little to no lag or stutter when swiping home pages, swiping down or right for the search fields. Quite surprised honestly.
Try this, even if you think you have no problems.
Open safari and type the numbers 1-10 and the alphabet not quickly but one or two a second. I have seen it misses letters and numbers and doubles on some.
Type it in where in Safari?
Sounds like it's you. Call apple support or make genius appointment. Mine is perfect on Air2, mini, iPod touch and 6s plus
Nope. My iPad Air runs perfectly.
Is your neighbor's name really Steve Jobs ? That would be so cool.
Last night I opened Notes and typed a few sentences. I didn't see any problems.
I imagine everyone has theirs set up a tad differently. Who knows what could be causing problems. Mine seems about the same so far.
I think I may have found the trigger.
The lag in keyboard input really only happens when I am plugged into power. When unplugged it seems to work just fine.
My iPad Air 2 is better than ever with iOS 9.3
It is a lot snappier and more responsive. Touch ID is a lot faster, almost as fast as my iPhone 6s Plus.
Apps that used to stutter and freeze no longer do that.
If iOS 9.3 negatively affects you iPad Air 2 then it's fubared
There's some lag perhaps on my iPad Air 2, but nothing major. I've had to clear Safari browsing data and reboot once, just to do some housecleaning.
I'm updating an old iPad 2 right now though as a side note, surprised it still gets any updates at all.
Nope: best yet!
I did a fresh DFU install of 9.3 final release IPSW. I set up my Air 2 as new.
As far as I can tell, the whole UI is definitely, definitely..... Definitely better than iOS 9.2. No lag or stutter.
I am the worst UI critic. But with 9.3, all is good.
Only 1 bug remains.
Every single device I updated runs better with iOS 9.3 (slightly).
I'm impressed by the iPad Air : it's really good with the latest iOS version
I'm using just the first iPad Air and zero issues to report. Runs smooth and battery life is still amazing.
And I use the device the most out of all of mine devices.
my iPad Air 2 is running very well after this new update
it seems to run as fine as older... but the app switcher lag is still there. it is stuttering sometimes. my air2 sometimes just stops responding when scrolling apps in the app switcher - especially safari seems to be a real pain... when switching to safari, there is sometimes a significal lag - 3-4 seconds before responding.
at first i thought the lag is gone, but today it started to happen again (updated on yesterday).
surprisingly my air 2 is hugely better on 9.3 (things normally break with me ha) I did do a reset but then restored from backup and that made it even quicker. I have too many games on it backed up via icloud to do a set up as new, so that might make it even more fluid, but the difference is massive compared to 9.2
