Can I use a USB cord to connect the iPhone to my Vizio and get hd quality picture like I did on my evo? Also is there an app like doubletwist that will like me stream videos to my Xbox and then play it on my tv? I downloaded some shows from iTunes an ill like to play them on my tv.

Videos are stored in the DCIM folder structure just like any camera, so chances are good it will work with your TV as you describe - as long as the TV supports the QuickTime video format.
I don't know of any way to get DoubleTwist-like functions with your XBox. iPhone supports AirPlay to an Apple TV, you can get Apple TV refurbished for $85.
