General Stressing out iOS and its hardware

Does installing Jailbreak tweaks and stuff put stress on Apple's hardware and wear down processors, RAM, etc? Just like a computer, if you overclock the parts, they may break down prematurely. Installing a jailbreak and then tweaks isn't how Apple intended for us to use their products. Although we aren't actually overclocking, we are definitely stressing the processors and RAM. Will this break down the phone prematurely.

Nope. No more than, say, running Photoshop on your computer vs not running Photoshop. Since a jailbreak is completely software, it doesn't affect your hardware.
