    Two observations:

    (1) This kid doesn't sound like the brightest guy in the world.

    (2) It's sadly hilarious that the County Asst. Attorney has to make a statement like this:

    See? He caught himself, and had to insert that qualifier. :D

    its obviously a joke because its not like they could actually find out who you voted for.

    Good to know Minnesota is wasting its tax dollars on a case like this. :rolleyes:

    Tell the kid to take it off eBay and tell him if he does it again, its a felony. This is such a pointless case.

    The kid might have been able to win more sympathy if he had been smart enough to claim that it was a "commentary on modern American politics" instead of just saying it was a joke.
