Joys - now SC can arrest anyone who disagrees with the government and has an intent to do something about it (even if it does't invlove violent action) - how the hell did this get past the governor?

Oh wait, he was hiking in the Appalachian mountains. I geddit now.

Now I want to form a group with the sole purpose of registering with them.

(And part of me really thought this would be the week that my state didn't end up as fodder for the Daily Show. There's always next week.)

So do the teabaggers have to register? They talk a lot about revolution and overthrowing the Obama administration.

So those of the anarchist persuasion are now required to register? Even the non-violent ones? What about all the folks who want to blow out congress? Isn't that subversive? I hope the courts strike this down.

I doubt this is going to stand judicial scrutiny for very long, but I gotta say...just which of these "subversive" groups is going to be stupid enough to register as a "subversive" group?

I want to start a "criminals" list, and make it mandatory for all "criminals" to register on this list.

(What am I saying, the ACLU will probably strike that down, too...)

I wonder if this was pushed through by a Dems or Reps? Sounds conservative to me. Who decides just what subversive is? ;)

South Carolina makes the news again, what can I say...another stupid as can be law from the stupidest state in the country. I guess since they couldnt catch phelps for burning one they had to find another way to make someone a criminal. Its embarrassing to be from this state, it really is.
