I have a Itouch that has all my contact information. I want to transfer that info to my new Iphone. I want to do it via Outlook. If I Sync with Outlook; will all this information go to Outlook. Or will it go the other way and put all the information in Outlook in my Itouch. I have nothing in Outlook at this time and I'm afraid that I will end up losing all my contact information on the Itouch.

Did the sync from my Itouch to Outlook and it worked! Than did the Sync from Outlook to the Ipod and it worked.

This is good to know. I'm upgrading my gf's 3g iphone to the iphone 4, and I want to do a fresh setup, but want to transfer her contacts over. Had a similar issue with an ipad. She's still stuck on Windows for the time being, but this is will help me out greatly.
