iPod touch synchig itouch

Hi

I gave my itouch to my son and he had dl some items on it but for whatever reason apple has banned is itunes account.

So now when we try to synch it to a new account on a new computer it will not let us....the app store keeps putting in his old account info,

How can we fix this....when we try to transfer the apps from it it says that the games cannot be played on this pc...I have deauthorized the pc an reauthorized it....still will not work....

Any help short of doing a total wipe of the itouch

Once something has been purchased under one account items can't be moved to another account.

Why do you think the account has been "banned"?
