Syncing Address Book up to Google Contacts

Hello all

I am going to be getting the T-mobile G1, after having a blackberry. I have previously been syncing my contacts between address book and the bb with pocketmac. Now, I am going to need all of my contacts in address book to be up in the google ecosystem...what is the easiest way to do this?

Export a vcard for them all?
I run all of my address books through XP's Address Book (In VMFusion) because it syncs so much better with my BlackBerry. You could try this?
