iPhone 15 Pro Max T-Mobile/Apple $1000 trade-in (bill credits not showing)

Hey guys,
When the new iPhone launched in Sept, I upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max from Apple and used the T-Mobile carrier financing promotion for $1000 off (trade in credit + bill credits over 24 months).

I sent my device back and received the trade in amount for it, but my T-Mobile bill credits have not started yet. It's been almost 3 months now and it's concerning why the trade in credits are not showing up.

Anybody have a similar experience and know who to reach out for fixing this?

Carriers often have a disclaimer that it can take 1 to 3 billing cycles before trade credits start showing up.

Hopefully yours get sorted out. Back when the 12 pro released, I upgraded a line with a promotional bill credit and trade in. I got the trade in credits, but never received the promotion credits. After months of calling and many wasted hours, I just gave up. The chat agents are useless, the phone center agents are useless, promised call backs from upper management never happens. I received a few one-time credits while they looked into it, but that was it.

I have a slightly different issue with T-Mobile - I have the credits but they are applying to my total bill and not to just the new phone price - not as I would told it would happen. So I have no bill for now but in a few my bill will be service and phone charges so it will be a lot bigger than I was told.
