T-Zones without installing the Tweaks from Installer

So i have an unlocked/ jailbrocken iPhone but i dont want to have installer anymore so i thinking of using PWNAGE again to get rid of installer. however if i do this can i just type in "wap.voicestream.com" to get T-zones to work or do i need the t-zones tweak in installer, because all i think the tweak does is add wap.voicestream.com and i can do that manually so is installer needed to use t-zones?
