Well, it was white noise, and those Canadians do like their ice and snow...
"Track 3" is an epic experimental piece of musical minimalism that will totally redefine the noise genre! Bravo!
"Track 3" is probably the best song she ever wrote. Sad isn't it.
They maybe crap songs in your opinion.
But look on the bright side, she's earn't more money than you'll ever see in your whole life.
I'm unsure whether to laugh or to cry at this.
It will be the top earning song of 2014.
It probably sounds better than 95% of music today anyways so good for her! For what it's worth, I've never heard one of her songs and am not a fan...I just think today's music is awful.
$1.29 for an 8 second song? Egad! Talk about price gouging. I can get a Mozart CD from the bargain bin at the local music store for $1.29.
I dunno. I like her music. At least she writes a fair amount of her songs and can play instruments unlike many artists.
I also think the song got to the top in part because many people had the album pre-ordered, not because they purchased the 8 second track by itself.
Weird Al just got punked.
"Track 3"!?! I would pay good money to hear her cover Scott Walker.
At least in this one she's not whining about some guy
Play it backwards, you'll hear otherwise.
I need to release a 16 second track. Twice as good right?
Yeah but you don't want to be accused of plagiarism. Better use pink noise. (I now expect partial royalties!)
I expected this to be an article from The Onion. Imagine my surprise.
Ok I'll send you 50% of the profits!
Finally! A song of Taylor's that my wife can stand to listen to!
In over half a decade she has made one song that I enjoyed enough to buy (Love Story) and admittedly it doesn't have much depth. Its brilliance is in its innocent simplicity: emphasis on the innocence which is sorely lacking in music today (I'm looking at ... err ... averting my eyes from you Beyonce and Miley!).
You know it's a sad world when you mistake the real news as an article from the Onion. Sometimes, the Onion is a little more believable than the real stuff going on.
So she released her personality?
Well, it is Canada.
Personally I'm not so sure I could hear the difference. It is, after all Taylor Swift we're talking about.
Gad I can't stand her...
What is it with Taylor Swift ? I watched her on Letterman last night and found her dull, boring and a bad pop singer.
I'm glad I grew up in the 60's...enough said....
There's your mistake.
With all due respect to Letterman (Let's call it what it is; he should have been the successor to Carson), you should have tuned to Fallon. Daniel Radcliffe rapping Alphabetic Aerobics by Blackalicious in its entirety was pretty damn good.
