Edit-problem was not as I thought. Good save, apple.
Not sure if I understand. I can see all of my txts, even long txts
I mean as you are typing the reply, you cannot reference the previous conversation until you hit send.
I can do that just fine?
I've found that this can be a problem sometimes.
I think in the past I've just cut the message I'm writing, then pasted it back in when I'm done reading.
This is what the OP means. (sometimes it helps to see a visual)
How? And this is especially worse if you have selected a larger text.
I have no issues reading prior texts when writing a text.
I think you can slide the keyboard down to give you a full screen?
I know I've done it before.
Look at my attached image. The text takes up the whole screen. I can't dismiss the keyboard in any way. I can't scroll up to see the conversation.
You can scroll up. I just verified this. Pull down the text box from the top. (Pull down from that little border right above the text box.)
Sweet then it seems I am incorrect. Good find.
That only works when you have a very tiny bit of the message conversation showing like in Italianblend's screenshot. In my screenshot (where the compose box takes up the entire space) I cannot get it to slide down.
I am able to do it even when the compose window takes up the entire space. You have to pull on the space right under the darker blue where the little grey area is above the compose box.
I don't see the little gap, but I did finally get it to work. I guess I must've been swiping down on the wrong spot the whole time.
