I imagine some people would post reasons of varying depth (based on whatever information they have at the time, accurate or inaccurate) and others would respond and then a virtual ping pong pissing contest ensues.

Is it no less deplorable to vote for someone just because of their gender as well? That's how some people are voting, just because.

I think voting depends on reacting to the most accurate information (on relevant issues, not circus side shows and negative attacks, both sides should be positive and strive for accomplishment and positivity) and who is most capable and has the best vision, and not because of a physical attribute, since sexism is vulgar regardless.

Hundreds. HUNDREDS of tweets, I tell you.

Searching for The Huffington Post story on the Wikileaks mentions on Facebook reaching in excess of one million. I'll report back when I find it.

Voting for a woman because she's a woman is not the same as calling for all women to lose the right to vote because you're a sore loser.

Over the past half century white men have seen a pay rise of 2%. Whereas minorities have seen a rise of ~30%. Women have seen their pay double.

Unsurprisingly white men are much more angry with the status quo and prepared to throw their toys out the pram by voting for an anti-establishment figure.

That's not about Donald being sexist or racist by the way.

EDIT: This is median wages.
