The flashlight turned on by itself

While using my iPhone, I was downloading a video from Telegram, and suddenly the flashlight turned on. I couldn't turn it off through the panel because the button was unavailable, but after about 5 seconds, it turned off on its own. What could be causing this?

iPhone 13pro 18.6.2 iOS

P. S. It happened in the dark
