Duh. I mean day before the FBI press conference tarmac meetings on a private jet with the head of the DOJ and the husband of the subject happens like every day.
Hey, they talked about their grand-kids.
Yep. Totally believable.
WL is so desperate that instead of weekly updates, it's daily. That's two dumps in two days.
GOP until November 8th: Find a scandal that will stick.
Shoot the messenger!
Seriously, you guys need a WL sticky thread.
FBI investigates, DOJ prosecutes. If the FBI investigation ends as it did in no recommendation for further action then the DOJ is not even involved.
That is not true. The DOJ makes the final decision. Just because investigators do not recommend prosecution does not mean there will be no prosecution. Comey even talked about this during testimony. There have been cases where prosecutors take on a case against the recommendations of investigators.
Looks like this Wikileak will get @zin ned too.
They are referring to a publicly available court schedule. I don't think there's anything here.
They're also referring to contacts in the DOJ. Why do they need contacts in the DOJ concerning a criminal investigation if the information is public record?
