Is it just me or is the Labour Party (UK) trying it best to end its existence?

I have this theory, it not nice but it seems to hold water. The general public is not interested in voting but every five years it will pitch in and have a go. Knowing less about parliament and more about the lives of Hello magazine features they always vote for the most attractive.

    Thatcher vs Foot
    Thatcher vs Kinnock
    Blair vs Major
    Cameron vs Brown
    Cameron vs Milliband

In each case those that were more physically attractive won.

So then Corbyn gets brought in, a calming, intellectual presence in Westminster, some great ideas on making society a little more even. But, crucially, not chance of winning a general election against Cameron or Osbourne or Gove or Johnson.

Now the Labour Party have decided to put Mrs Eagle up as a contender for the leadership as the party doesn't like results of democratic elections. If Mrs Eagle wins, then the Labour party have still lost. She isn't as pretty as Theresa, she will not take the 2020 trophy regardless of how well the Tories do at destroying our economy.

Labour Party, learn the lessons, choose the prettiest person you have on your side. You will be assured of power next time around.

Wasn't the Labour Party in power when the U.K. invaded Iraq?

The Tories hardly have amazing candidates to be honest.
