Sounds like someone can't pull up his big boy pants and take criticism like a man - something that is embedded in the founding principles of this country, let alone codified law - and thinks that it is perfectly okay for him to do the same to others.

Oh, what a hypocritical, thin-skinned, weak shell of a person who is the POTUS of this country. Hell, we'd be better off with Ivanka as POTUS.

The only justification I can see is that they could claim it's a rogue employee of the CIS (Not to be confused with Canadian Intelligence Service) or someone misrepresenting themselves as an employee, both of which are technically a white collar crime. Though I suppose pretending to be a leader could be considered a crime, too.

They can make all the claims that they want; prime example being "Obama wiretapped me!", but as our justice system has been for the past 230 years, the burden of proof lies on the prosecution. They need to prove their fact without relying on the defense to out themselves, which they have the 5th amendment right to protect themselves from that situation.

Doesn't make my statement any less true. When a man takes shots at other people and criticizes them, yet can't take or handle any criticism leveled against him to the point where he talks about opening up libel and slander laws to sue people who talk badly about him, that makes that man a very hypocritical, thin-skinned, weak shell of a person.

And the fact that they have to try to unmask someone to see if they need to pursue them with legalities backs up that point.
