Please read the full article for full context as I'm finally and fully sick of social media putting up snippets taken out of context. Especially as the dude who wrote it is named "Sundance" instead of "Donald Trump". Pity Trump himself didn't write it.

If you really want a snippet, here's one:

many companies, including Trump owned resorts, have used H-2B visa workers to fill the gap between large fluctuations in business and the needed staffing shortfalls. From my own experience, many of the workers are students from South America (Argentina, Brazil, etc) who take the seasonal jobs Nov/Dec – March/April between their college seasons – and then return home.

Using H-2B for staffing shortfalls is nothing new. However, the issue that many Americans have is when companies hire foreign workers when there are perfectly fine American workers.. all to save a few bucks.. which doesn't really work, IMO.

Look at countries like India. The attrition rate is so high! You can get 3 employees for the price of one American, but most will leave your company within 6-12 months... so all that wasted money on training... are you really saving money in the end?

H-1B visas, H-2B visas, and all work visas is simply the plutocracy legalizing the theft of American jobs by foreign workers. Time for a 5-year work visa holiday. When U.S. unemployment reaches 0.01% we can worry about employing foreigners.

Wasn't there a case recently of Disney laying off huge amounts of staff, yet requiring them to train their own replacements for months?
