If there is not already a thread like this I figure this would be better than having 1000 threads asking about something they see in the iPad gallery.
Here are some of questions I have about it.
1. On the top of the iPad there is a small hole next to the headphone jack (picture attached).
2. The button next to the slide to unlock (picture)
So just post things in the hardware or software that seem foreign to you.

Next to the headphone jack is the thing to eject the SIM card. The button on the unlock screen... Not a clue.

I'm really intrigued what that button on the home screen is!

I found a slightly better view of it and it looks like a stick person (from shoulders up) maybe it is user switching or maybe there will be a camera on the device (face recognition) as a last minute announcement. Has something like that ever happened before?

The button (if your talking about the same one which I think you are) which is bottom right on the iPad homescreen.

It puts the iPad into Pictureframe mode, and plays a slideshow of your photos without needing to unlock.

New question. Should be a few now that we can see more images of the iPad. What does this button do? It's on the virtual keyboard on the bottom right.

It is a button to dismiss the soft keyboard off the screen.

As for the two other questions. The hole on the top is a mic. The button beside the slide to unlock puts the iPad in slideshow mode when it's docked.

The pinhole is a mic, that's been confirmed by Apple Representatives. The button on the slide to unlock screen is a button that takes you in to the photo frame slideshow mode.

pinhole at the top, below the glass

did any of you notice the pinhole on the front of the ipad below the glass? you have to tilt the ipad to see it

is this just something in the frame as a placeholder or is it a camera?
