Well the left is going to have to convince the american people that the economy is ****, jobs are ****, pay is declining, people are dying, were back to jim crow, borders are irrelevant and everyone in central and south america deserve US healthcare, so therefore lets blow this place up and start the socialism.

Trump has to chill down a bit on his tweets and he'll win easily.
The left has to chill down a bit on its socialist craziness and it will be a serious contender to the Presidency.

I don't see either of the two happening; I am NOT looking forward to the election season.
Neither is going to happen. The left can't chill out on the socialism because giving away "free" stuff is one of the ways they have to gain votes. The old idea of "run to the left in the primary and back to the center for the general" is dead in an era where your words can be thrown back in your face in a 2min search on youtube.

Yep. Ben Shapiro has a good saying with this. All one side has to do is not be completely crazy and they would beat the other side easily.

If everybody from the individual to the government wasn’t buying everything on credit the US economy and US capitalism would collapse. That day of reckoning will come. Even those at the top don’t know what the next option is to try to put a healthy economy spin on the situation. They’ve pretty much milked all known options. This has been building for many decades and nobody should be blaming or thanking any 1 administration/party for the current economy.

WITH Kamala at the front it's trump 2020 :D
Don't know about that. She can be a vicious debater, I doubt she's going to let Trump get away with the shenanigans he pulled when he debated Hillary, on her.

Trump will have to step up his debate skills, pandering to his usual audience isn't going to cut it this time.

It's only an issue when you can't pay your debts. The issue with the current position of the democratic party is they want to double or triple the US budget and math simply doesn't matter to them. Yes, if we stick with that logic then we're going to be Greece.

Worse. They want people that avoided debt (such as student loans by not going to college either by choice or need) to pay for those who actually engaged in such debt by their own free will to gain some advantage (a degree, a nicer car etc). Talk about inequality...

Well once I know Yale is gonna cost me the same as a state school (ie...nothing) I'll be sure to look into "bettering" myself. Another post graduate degree can't hurt.

She wants to hand out healthcare to illegals, she doesn't know if she wants to end private healthcare (she's flip flopped on it about 3 times), and she want to make entering the US illegally the equivalent of a parking ticket. Those are winning strategies if I ever heard them.
The republicans will claim the nominee has the policies of AOC regardless of who they are.

Well lets be honest, the whole field stood there and raised their hand when the question was asked if they'd give illegals healthcare. They're kind of adopting her socialist policies. This primary is about who can go the furthest left, no you can call her a trailblazer in that or not, but it's the way the party leaders are going. She's also become a mouthpiece and yes, any candidate is going to be asked if they agree with her. Just like every member of the GOP is going to have the stink of Trump around them for a while, that's inevitable.

If Hilary Clinton was running again the republicans would still claim the Democratic Party was socialist far left. That’s the sad truth. Both sides are super tribal.

And unfortunately that makes it harder for moderates to win. They don’t fire up the base and they don’t win over enough people from the other side to make up for it.
