Scroll down the page a little and you will find my networking guide written for MacRumors, yes the person did give credit, but I don't care.

The thing I find very funny is that they even used my images, well that was stupid. I only allow specific referrers to my images, and that site sure ain't one of 'em, so take a look and see what visitors to this guys site get instead :D :p

DON'T MESS!!!!

edit: this is probably the site of a member here, so once again, I'd just like to say :p :p :p :p

edit: Google cache saved the day :)

Nicely done, if you paypal me £20 within the next 10 minutes I won't post the referrers which are allowed.

haha - that's a great picture.
The reason the referrer protection came about is people were leeching from images.yo-momma.net where the Keira picture in my sig is, well, I can't be having that can I :D So with the magic of .htaccess I put a stop to it. I thought that image was perfect to show to people who were leeching my content/bandwidth...it sends out my thoughts towards them very well I think :p

Looks like he has nothing better to be doing on a Saturday other than trawling through his server logs...

Google is a wonderful thing ;) I just did a google for edesignuk to see what was there, and this was one of the results.

Course I could be really evil and make the image something like a 5MB tiff, it'd use up some bandwidth, but it'd probably crash the browser of most visitors :p :D

well, it was a good choice of an image...get people to laugh but not really offend anyone - which could have happened if you'd used porn :D

so how often do you google yourself?

haha thats awesome.

lol i like the pic you used, so I tried to save it. right clicking and "download as" downloaded the actual network settings pic.

I had to view image in new window, then save it, to get the pic of the punk.

weird, eh?

That's probably because in the HTML of the page the <img> tags still say they are going to the correct images, it's the server on my side that sends the punk instead.

He removed the images that were hotlinked to edesignuk's site and all the comments referencing his image leeching and bandwidth stealing.
