    And this shirt pretty much sums up my feelings about far too many Apple users nowadays, not that the OP is one of them:

    Graphic tees are the best way to convey a sentiment.

    Ah yes, the invisible ink reading "Palin 2012." Good choice; it fits you well.

    Come on guys;
    If you remember going to the dusty back section of the computer store; then coming home and setting up and adding RAM to your pizza box quadra 605?

    Now compare that to going to the Apple store and your local mall and not even being able to touch a computer before you buy it because there are 15 emo kids checking their myspaces on it.

    Weren't things better when you where the only Apple nerd on your block?

    Evoking emo teenagers to bolster an argument is the new godwin of 2009.

    When I took my Quadra 605 home and put RAM into it I was doing that because I used the Quadra to run Master Tracks Pro and Number munchers. I did not take the thing around asking people how "in" I looked.

    Odd that you picked a Quadra 605 as I did have one myself.

    McCain is using the same shirt, says he's not sure he would support Palin now for President.:rolleyes: What a political Moron. Good thing this guy lost.
    ps there were a lot of us who supported Apple during the dark ages.

    Yeah there was nothing trendy about the Quadra 605; but it was a killer little machine. I used mine for a lot of games; I remember "Realmz" and "FA-18 hornet".

    OP, you don't think you're following a trend yourself? This happens with almost everything. A bunch of people think they are somehow better than everyone else because they liked something before everyone else. Get over yourself. It's just a computer.

    Isn't it enough that emo kids get beaten up in Mexico. Now lets just all accuse them of being the only people who wast ones precious time in an Apple store.

    Why do you care? You own an amazing system that happens to be very sexy.

    If I'm going to give a few thousand dollars for a computer it better be the best looking computer I have ever owned.

    I prefer to call them mall trolls.. the emo kids are normally in the Hot Topic/Spencer's vicinity. Go to bestbuy's apple section, my local BB never has anyone touching the apple products.
